Trustee and Board Safeguarding Officer

Currently working as Specialist Midwife for Infant Feeding in Nottinghamshire – this role makes use of my IBCLC qualification and interest in culture change/pushing things forward for the greater good.

Prior to this I worked at a stand-alone birth centre, and on the home birth team in Leicester, where I also trained. BM (Before Midwifery) I was a journalist (radio, online and tv) in the North for almost a decade.  Outside of work I play drums and sing in two bands, skate, go to gigs, and read (libraries are THE best).
